This is a way for us to keep in touch with family and friends. Please feel free to leave comments on our blog.
After a couple of you prompting us, we realized that we really hadn’t been sending a lot of pictures of Marleigh.
It’s not that we hadn’t taken them, it’s just we hadn’t sent them. Although given the fact that Marleigh isn’t quite mobile, there are a limited number of situations and poses to photograph her in…
We really like the one’s that show Tanner “reading” to her. He can’t actually read yet, but he can repeat the general gist of the story.
Enjoy!

Earlier this month we went to a wedding reception and the kids had a blast dancing. Tanner is dancing with Mykenna and Bella is dancing with Malachi (both kids of my co-workers). It was really cute. I think they would have danced all night.

We tried something different in our garden this year…we got the idea from some friends. We made a pole bean teepee. You can use long sticks, but I didn’t have any so we used some wire fence that was left in our garage. You just plant the beans in a circle around the outside edge. The fence was about 3 foot tall, but the beans quickly grew taller than that, so I added another level of fence so it is now about 6 foot tall.
It is big enough the kids can climb inside and play in it. I am sure that in another full weeks it will fully cover the wire, but it is already grown up enough for the kids to play in.
