Preschool field trip to Vala's Pumpkin Patch...

On Wednesday, Tanner had his first field trip. The class went to the local pumpkin patch and spent half the day there. Of course, families were encouraged to come along, so we did.

The kids loved it…jumped on the bounce pillows, rode the train, had a snack picnic, watched the pig races, rode the hay racks out to pick a pumpkin, then went home.

First Day of Preschool...

Well, it finally came. Tanner’s first day of preschool! He has been pretty excited about this for several weeks now…months if you count when we first started talking about it last spring.

Everything seemed to go pretty well, he had no reservations about staying. Of course, he has gotten used to coming to the church and going to Sunday school and other church activities, so in his mind, this probably wasn’t much different.

There is only one other boy in his class of ten, so we will see how that works out. Those are odds you don’t mind so much when you are a teenager, but 4 year olds tend to want kids of there own gender to play with…

Enjoy the pics.
